Regional commercial property expert, Curchod & Co, is once again sponsoring Farnham Cricket Club this year, extending a relationship that dates back to the 1970s, when the firm’s founders organised friendly midweek games against other businesses and rival firms at the picturesque Farnham Cricket Ground.
Nick Reeve, a partner based at the firm’s Farnham office, said: “The Wednesday night friendlies arranged by the firm, in its various guises, have been enjoyed by hundreds of local and regional businesses and professionals over the decades. Several years ago now, one of our games even featured in an episode of the Hairy Bikers’ cookery program on television!
“It is a great pleasure to be sponsoring Farnham Cricket Club again this season, and we wish them every success.”
The Curchod & Co XI, which features players from the local and regional business community in addition to staff members, has, so far, fixtures arranged this year against Penningtons, Vail Williams, Madlins, Hurst Warne and Octra Interiors.
