Curchod & Co, the commercial property expert, has announced the promotion of Tom Nurton and Alex Blown to the position of Associate Partners.
Tom Nurton, initially joining the firm as a graduate surveyor at the Woking office, subsequently moving to the firm’s Basingstoke office, and has been instrumental in strengthening Curchod & Co’s business across the South East of England.
With a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Property Development from the University of Portsmouth, Tom has a wealth of knowledge and a deep enthusiasm for the commercial property sector. Tom expressed his excitement about the new role, saying, “This promotion is an incredible opportunity to further contribute to our firm’s success and support our clients in navigating the complexities of the markets.”
Alex Blown’s journey with Curchod & Co began as a graduate surveyor in Farnham, where he quickly demonstrated his expertise and commitment to excellence. Also a graduate of the University of Portsmouth with a first-class honours degree in Property Development, Alex’s deep understanding of the market has significantly contributed to the firm’s occupational and investment agency teams. Sharing his thoughts on his promotion, Alex said, “It’s a significant achievement to be rewarded with this promotion, and I am looking forward to the challenges and opportunities this will present to develop our practice and the services we offer, along with building on new and existing client relationships.”
