1. 100% Business Rates Relief for Small Businesses occupying a property having a Rateable Value of £12,000 and below.
2. Tapered Small Business Rate Relief for Rateable Values between £12,000 and £15,000.
3. The lower Small Business Multiplier to apply to Rateable Values below £51,000.
In addition the Government is intending to introduce 3 yearly revaluations and link annual increases in rates to CPI as from April 2020
