The Bordon Trading Estate in Hampshire is fully occupied following the letting by Eleanor Hearne, advised by Curchod & Co, of Unit 18, to Robert Nicholas Ltd.
The specialist dam construction company has taken the warehouse, measuring 2,936 sq ft on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £38,000.
Harry Ford of Curchod & Co commented: “We are seeing strong demand regionally from occupiers looking for well-located industrial premises of this scale. However, the supply of suitable properties remains tight, and this is made more challenging in Bordon as the town grows due to its regeneration, led by the Whitehill and Bordon Regeneration company.
“The regeneration means that occupiers on short-term tenancies around the town are being displaced, increasing demand and exacerbating the lack of supply,” he added.
The Bordon Trading Estate comprises 20 units totalling approximately 170,000 sq ft. It has access to the A325, making the A3 and A31 easily accessible, and is within close reach of Whitehill and Bordon town centre amenities.
Robert Nicholas was unrepresented in the transaction.
