ARGO Real Estate launches comprehensive refurbishment of Camberley Trade Park under its ‘dot’ industrial brand

ARGO Real Estate has commenced a major refurbishment and rebranding of Camberley Trade Park, a prominent industrial and trade counter estate on the A30 London Road in Camberley, Surrey.

The scheme will deliver high-specification, sustainability-led space ranging from 7,989 sq ft up to a combined 16,094 sq ft, with the wider estate being repositioned under ARGO’s national ‘dot’ industrial platform.

The refurbishment programme is designed to bring the estate up to modern occupier standards, with both available units targeting an EPC A rating. Sustainability upgrades include the installation of photovoltaic panels, projected to reduce occupier electricity bills by up to £5,000 per year, alongside LED lighting throughout, electric vehicle charging points, and 10% rooflight coverage to maximise natural light and reduce reliance on artificial lighting during working hours.

David Bowen, a consultant at Curchod & Co, added: “The Camberley and Blackwater Valley industrial market is currently defined by a real shortage of good-quality stock, particularly in the sub-20,000 sq ft bracket where demand from trade counter, last-mile logistics and light industrial occupiers remains very strong. That imbalance is putting clear upward pressure on both rents and capital values along the M3 corridor. Refurbished, EPC A-targeted space of the standard being delivered at Camberley Trade Park is exactly what the market is calling for, and we expect the available units to attract serious interest from day one.”

Francesca Mortimore, Senior Asset Manager at ARGO Real Estate, said: “Camberley Trade Park is exactly the kind of well-located, supply-constrained South East asset where targeted investment delivers real value for occupiers. Our refurbishment is focused on the things that matter day-to-day: energy performance, working environment, and a professional estate that businesses are proud to operate from.

“Bringing the scheme under the dot brand reflects the standard of management and stewardship occupiers can expect,” she added.

Camberley Trade Park benefits from front-road prominence on the A30, with the M3 within a short drive and a population reach of more than 3.3 million people within a 45-minute drivetime. Blackwater railway station is 0.8 miles away and Heathrow Airport is reachable in around 30 minutes. The estate sits alongside established trade and retail occupiers including Howdens, Selco, Toolstation, Topps Tiles, Euro Car Parts and Eurocell.

The two units available comprise Unit 22 (7,989 sq ft / 742.2 sq m) and Unit 23 (8,105 sq ft / 752.9 sq m), which can be taken individually or combined. Specification highlights include a 5.5m clear internal height, level access loading doors, an 18m deep secure yard, 12 dedicated car parking spaces per unit, and 24/7 access. Newly fitted roof panels, high-quality external materials and extensive landscaping form part of the broader estate-wide upgrade.

The available units are being marketed jointly by Curchod & Co and JLL.
