The Buccleuch Living Heritage Trust, advised by Curchod & Co and joint agents Lambert Smith Hampton, has completed a series of lettings at the Links Business Centre in Woking – further strengthening the mix of occupiers at the estate.
The most recent deal has seen Prime Health take 2,000 sq ft of office space as the company expands its regional presence. This follows the letting of 400 sq ft at Suite 1, 3 Links Business Centre, to Reflexion Technologies Limited.
These latest transactions mean that the majority of the Links Business Centre is now occupied, with only 2,300 sq ft available on the second floor of 2 The Links.
Piers Leigh, Partner at Curchod & Co, said: “It’s great to welcome Prime Health and Reflexion Technologies to the Links Business Centre.
“With continuing demand for the type of high-quality space that is available here, the estate continues to attract a wide range of businesses, reflecting its position as one of Woking’s most established and accessible business locations for SMEs,” he added.
Located close to Woking town centre and with easy access to the A3 and M25, the Links Business Centre offers not only modern, well-presented office accommodation, but also excellent transport connections.
