Northwood Investors secures the letting of 9,867 sq ft at Spectrum Point, Farnborough, Hampshire

• BAM signs on the second floor of Block A

Northwood Real Estate, advised by Curchod & Co and Hollis Hockley, has let 9,867 sq ft on the second floor of Block A at Spectrum Point, Farnborough, to BAM on a new ten-year lease at an annual rent equating to £27 per sq ft. The deal, which includes 42 car parking spaces, is a significant office letting in the Blackwater Valley market.

As part of the transaction, Northwood Real Estate will undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of the space before lease completion, aligning with BAM’s occupational requirements.
