Poole Express Limited/Wyvern Cargo have signed a new 15 year full repairing and insuring lease following the refurbishment of 31 Benson Road, Nuffield Industrial Estate, Poole. The unit proves a total floor area of 26,853 sq ft and has been taken at a headline rental of £195,000 per annum (£7.26 per sq ft).

Joint letting agents were Goadsby, Nettleship Sawyer and London Clancy. Orchard House Associates acted on behalf of Poole Express Limited/Wyvern Cargo.
