Woking Borough Council, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 3,616 sq ft retail property at Morris House, Commercial Way, Woking in Surrey to Escape Hunt Group Ltd.
The team building and escape room operator has taken the property on a new ten-year lease.
The letting is the second retail transaction in Commercial Way over recent weeks, underlining the demand for such accommodation in central Woking.
Joe Smith of Curchod & Co in Woking said: ” As well as well-known brands and retailers, Woking continues to attract smaller, independent traders, and this letting underlines the confidence of occupiers in the town.
“This transaction represents an exciting addition to the blend of commercial occupiers and businesses on offer for the town’s residents and visitors,” he added.
Escape Hunt Group was unrepresented in the transaction.
