Totalling 13,188 sq ft, the clear-span warehouse, featuring two roller shutter loading doors and recently upgraded two-storey offices, has been let an annual rent of £117,500 (£8.29 per sq ft). Cooper Foods Limited, a wholesale meat, seafood, and frozen food supplier, has taken the property on a new ten-year lease.
