M7 Real Estate, advised by Curchod & Co, has let 3 Bordon Trading Estate, Oakhanger Road, Bordon, a 10,355 sq ft warehouse property, to Celab.
The electronic parts and components supplier has taken the modern, warehouse property, which has a five-metre eaves height, on a new ten-year lease at an annual rent of £11.50 per sq ft, a record rent for Bordon.
Alex Blown, of Curchod & Co, said: “Unit 3 was let before the completion of a recent refurbishment to a high specification by the landlord. The letting signals the improving prospects for Bordon as an industrial location following the MOD’s departure and ongoing regeneration.”
