London Clancy have recently disposed of the leasehold interest of Unit1a, Second Avenue, Millbrook, Southampton for £17,000 per annum.
Everest Plastics Limited have leased the unit for the continued growth of their business.
The building comprises of a ground floor industrial space of approximately 2,405 sq.ft.
London Clancy acted on behalf of a private landlord.
