Prime warehouse in Sandhurst sold for £630,000.

A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co, has sold a 3,036 sq ft warehouse at 14 Lakeside Business Park, Sandhurst, Berkshire, to Sir Whippy Ltd, a family-run business known for its ice cream vans across Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire. The unit was sold for £630,000.

Josie Reeves of Curchod & Co commented on the transaction, stating, “This rare freehold opportunity received a great deal of interest, and we were thrilled to achieve the full marketing price for our client. The purchaser was quick to make a decision, knowing that the unit along with a decent level of parking would be ideal space for their growing business. The location of the property is perfect for their business demographic.”

Lakeside Business Park provides a mix of industrial, high-tech, and conventional office properties. Unit 14, a semi-detached light industrial/warehouse unit, occupies a prominent position at the entrance to the estate and features a roller shutter door, separate pedestrian access, a storage mezzanine.
