Out-of-Town retail unit in Basingstoke let to Smiledent Pvt Ltd

  • Filling the gap: Dentist secures final space in Limes Park

A property company, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 1,109 sq ft out-of-town retail unit at 2 Limes Park, Park Prewett Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, to Smiledent Pvt Ltd.

The tenant, a dental practice, has signed a new 15-year lease, securing the modern retail unit situated within Taylor Wimpey’s substantial Limes Park housing estate. Neighbouring occupiers include Costa Coffee and a Co-op convenience store.

The annual rent remains undisclosed.

Thomas Nurton, Associate Partner at Curchod & Co, commented: “A dental practice is a positive addition to the popular retail scheme and, as well as bringing dental care and services to the local community, means that the development is now fully let.”

Smiledent Pvt Ltd was unrepresented in the transaction.
