Supermarket Income REIT, advised by Curchod & Co and Morgan Williams, has let a 1,011 sq ft retail unit at 11 Chineham Shopping Centre, Basingstoke to Brockenhurst Estate Agents.
The modern retail unit has been taken on a new lease at an undisclosed rent. The property forms part of a vibrant out-of-town shopping centre, offering a strong tenant mix of local and national occupiers.
