Martletts Corner, in Rudgwick in West Sussex acquired by private investor.

A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co, has sold the investment of Martletts Corner, Rudgwick, Horsham, in West Sussex to a private high-net-worth investor for £2.2 million. The transaction reflects a Net Initial Yield of 6.6%.

Located at Church Street, Martletts Corner is a mixed-use development encompassing both retail and residential spaces. The 2,938 sq ft property has two ground-floor commercial units and eight residential units above. This investment offers a fully leased space, with the commercial units rented to BP Wealth Management and Co-Operative Group, generating a combined annual income of £48,500. The eight residential units contribute an additional annual rental income of £106,200.
