London Clancy secures Flooring Superstore to Basingstoke Trade Park

London Clancy are pleased to announce another letting at Basingstoke Trade Park

Flooring Superstore have signed a new 10 year lease on Unit 148 Basingstoke Trade Park, Basingstoke’s premier trade park, nearby occupiers include Wicks, Morrisons Supermarket, B&M, Lidl.

Flooring Superstore was formed in 2012 and is fast becoming the UK’s leading flooring retailer, specialising in carpet, vinyl, laminate, wood flooring, EvoCore and even artificial lawns. Flooring Superstore have strong nationwide representation across the UK with 32 stores, and plans to open 50 by the end of 2021.

This letting adds to the national retailer currently within the estate, which include Screwfix, Easy Bathrooms, Halfords Autocentre and In and Out Autocentre.
