LONDON CLANCY ACQURES VICKERS BUSINESS CENTRE,

PRIESTLEY ROAD, HOUNDMILLS, BASINGSTOKE

London Clancy has successfully acquired Vickers Business Centre on behalf of a Private Investor client.

Vickers Business Centre comprises a thriving serviced business centre, and industrial site with buildings totalling 70,000 SQ FT and home to over 40 Tenants.  The ownership comprises of 4 acres within the well-known Houndmills area of Basingstoke, easily accessible from Basingstoke’s Ring Road providing excellent communication links to the M3 & M4 corridors.

London Clancy identified this investment opportunity on behalf of a Private Investor client and were able to quickly negotiate and agree the transaction.  The deal was complex and comprised of a Long Leasehold site acquisition.  The agent acting on behalf of the vendor was Simon Taylor at SBT Property, also based in Basingstoke.
