Logicor, represented by Curchod & Co, has let Unit 3 Farnborough Business Centre in Eelmoor Road, Farnborough, Hampshire to RLD Building Services Limited.
The building services business has taken the 1,216 sq ft property on a new five-year lease at an annual rent of £17.27 per sq ft.
Alex Blown of Curchod & Co said: “This letting at Farnborough Business Centre was at the highest rent yet achieved on the estate and highlights the quality of the properties and the appeal of the accommodation for local businesses.”
With a landscaped courtyard, Farnborough Business Centre is a development of 16 hi-tech business units of various sizes. Each has open-plan office accommodation on the first floor, with light industrial/warehouse space on the ground floor.
