Camberley warehouse letting sees JAG-UFS take 10,866 sq ft at Admiralty Way.

DTZ Investors represented by Curchod & Co and JLL, has successfully let Unit 19, Admiralty Park, Admiralty Way, Camberley in Surrey.

The prominent industrial/warehouse unit, encompassing 10,866 square feet, has been let on a ten-year lease at an annual rent of £12.50 per square foot to JAG-UFS (International) Ltd, specialists in logistics solutions.

Josie Reeves of Curchod & Co said, “This letting underlines the strong demand for high-quality industrial spaces in Camberley. Admiralty Park is recognised as Camberley’s prime location for industrial and warehouse properties. The unit’s strategic location, with direct access to the A331 and the M3 motorway at Junction 3, made the property an obvious choice for a modern logistics business such as JAG-UFS.”

The recently refurbished unit includes first-floor offices, 13 parking spaces, a 7-metre eaves height, and an up-and-over loading door.
