Located almost equidistant between the M4 and the M3 motorways, and around 39 minutes from Heathrow Airport, and with a choice of high-quality commercial properties, Bracknell is perfectly located for businesses of all sizes.

Declared a new town in 1949, Bracknell experienced huge growth and expansion over the second half of the 20th century. Its location, combined with its proximity to London and Heathrow Airport, made it an ideal location for businesses looking to benefit from the town’s excellent communications links for staff and regional, national and international customers along with easy road access to the main markets of the UK.

The town centre of Bracknell has undergone a £750 million regeneration in recent years, boosting visitor numbers to the town and improving facilities for local residents.

The local economy is strong due to Bracknell’s thriving commercial centre and excellent employment opportunities, with the area being home to a high concentration of major global companies and technology firms including Dell, Microsoft, Hitachi and Oracle. In fact, Bracknell forms part of the region often touted as the UK’s very own “Silicon Valley” and provides a haven for ambitious working professionals whether working in Bracknell or nearby Reading and London.
