Blatchford commits to long-term future at Kingsland Business Park, Basingstoke

Legal and General Assurance (Pensions Management) Ltd has let Sceptre, 19-22 Bilton Road, Kingsland Business Park, Basingstoke, to Blatchford on a fifteen-year lease. The property is 70,978 sq ft GEA (Gross External Area)

Blatchford, a leading specialist in prosthetic and orthotic solutions, has been based at Kingsland Business Park for a number of years and has also renewed its lease at its existing premises at Unit D Antura. The deal underlines the company’s long-term commitment to the location and reinforces Kingsland Business Park’s appeal as a key industrial and logistics hub in Basingstoke and surrounding areas.

The Kingsland Business Park Agency team includes Curchod & Co, JLL and Hollis Hockley, who commented: “This letting is a strong endorsement of Kingsland Business Park’s excellent connectivity and the high-quality space it offers. Blatchfords’ decision to expand and renew at the estate demonstrates its strength as a long-term business location.”
