Blackwater Valley market roused as tenant takes 22,000 sq ft logistics unit in Ash Vale

  • Cromwell Holdings’ Nexus Park bathes in success with latest letting

Cromwell Holdings, advised by Curchod & Co and JLL, has let Unit 3 at Nexus Park on Lysons Avenue in Ash Vale, Surrey.

The 22,062 sq ft distribution unit has been taken by a tenant on a new ten-year lease at an annual rent of £375,054, representing a key deal in Surrey’s active logistics and industrial market.

Commenting on the transaction, David Bowen of Curchod & Co said: “This letting reflects the continued demand from occupiers for well-specified logistics space in highly accessible locations within the Blackwater Valley. With limited new supply, high-quality properties such as Nexus Park continue to attract strong interest from national and regional operators.”

Located within close proximity to the A331 and with easy access to the M3 motorway, Nexus Park benefits from strong transport connections across the South East.

The tenant was represented by Owen Isherwood of Guildford.
