Basingstoke industrial unit let to CPS Service & Support

  • CPS cashes in on new Basingstoke base

A private investor, advised by Curchod and Co, has let a 2,795 sq ft industrial unit at Unit B, Prisma Park, Berrington Way, Basingstoke to CPS Service & Support.

The modern terraced unit, situated within the well-established Daneshill Industrial Estate, was taken on a new five-year lease at an undisclosed rent. CPS Service & Support, a specialist in cash centre consultancy, data and software solutions, and sorting machinery, will use the premises to support its expanding operations.

The property provides high-specification industrial space with easy access to local amenities and major transport routes.
