Basingstoke Business Centre fully occupied following warehouse letting

Brewing up success: beer company ‘hops’ into Basingstoke Business Centre, filling estate to 100% capacity.

CIFCO Capital, advised by Curchod & Co and JLL, has successfully let Unit 8 at Basingstoke Business Centre on Winchester Road, achieving 100% occupancy for the estate. The transaction involves a 1,174 sq ft warehouse now leased to Draught Beer Online, a supplier of beer and wine dispensers, who has signed a five-year lease at an undisclosed rent.

Tom Clancy, Chartered Surveyor at Curchod & Co, commented: “We are proud to have secured this letting to Draught Beer Online, illustrating the popularity of Basingstoke Business Centre, which has led to the estate now being fully occupied”.

Nigel Golder, Strategic Asset Manager at JLL, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Draught Beer Online to the estate. Their arrival brings us to full capacity after a busy 18 months. Thank you to our agents and to Tom for his hard work, which has been instrumental in bringing new occupiers to this vibrant estate.”
