Office letting in Farnham as solicitors expand at Gostrey House

A private client of Curchod & Co has let a self-contained second-floor office suite at Gostrey House, Union Road, Farnham, in an off-market transaction, to leading Surrey and Thames Valley law firm Clifton Ingram.

The law firm has taken the second floor of the property on a new ten-year lease. The suite forms part of a three-storey town centre office building in which Clifton Ingram already occupies the ground floor. The new letting enables the firm to consolidate and expand its presence within the building and within Farnham, taking on additional space to accommodate its fast-paced growth.

The transaction involved the surrender of an existing lease held by Saltus, with a new lease granted simultaneously and directly to Clifton Ingram.

The second-floor office benefits from air conditioning and 12 dedicated car parking spaces.
