- Indurent agrees letting with Sunlighten UK Limited at 300,000 sq ft Surrey regeneration project
Curchod & Co, alongside Cushman & Wakefield and JLL, has advised Indurent on the letting of Unit 9 at Henley Business Park, in Normandy, near Guildford, to infrared sauna specialist Sunlighten UK Limited.
The transaction sees Indurent, one of the U.K.’s leading providers of industrial and logistics warehousing, complete the final letting at the 300,000 sq ft business park and marks the completion of a major regeneration programme that has transformed the west Surrey site from a former single building, 1940s engineering plant into a modern commercial scheme.
The deal sees Sunlighten UK take 17,049 sq ft of recently refurbished industrial and warehouse space on a ten-year full repairing and insuring lease.
The letting marks the end of a development programme that has seen approximately 300,000 sq ft of Grade A industrial and warehouse space brought to the market across 24 buildings, all of which are now fully occupied. Henley Business Park is now the largest commercial regeneration project in West Surrey.

Sunlighten UK Limited, which specialises in infrared sauna products, relocates to the park from its previous base at the Media Works Building in west London. The company was represented in the transaction by Justin Fincham of Finchams Property Services.
