

Curchod & Co has settled five rent reviews at Basingstoke Business Centre on Winchester Road, Basingstoke, on behalf of CIFCO Capital Ltd.
The fully let trade and showroom scheme comprises twenty units and has seen strong rental growth following recent lettings. All five reviews were concluded during 2025, at market rents, reinforcing the centre’s robust rental tone and continued appeal to occupiers in the region.
Curchod & Co was instructed by the landlord following a string of successful lettings within the estate. The firm is jointly retained with JLL to advise on future leasing activity.
