Waverley Borough Council, advised by Curchod & Co, has let Unit 14 at The Enterprise Centre, Coxbridge Business Park, Farnham, Surrey, to Etoto Media.

The digital marketing agency has taken a new lease on the 1,000 sq ft self-contained first-floor, at a headline rent of £21.50 per sq ft. The unit was the largest available on the estate, and the transaction reflects strong local demand at the current time.
