Cable Services agrees ten-year lease on Guildford warehouse

Multi Industrial Clover 1 Limited, advised by Curchod & Co, has let Unit 2A Henley Business Park in Normandy, Guildford to Cable Services Ltd.

The fully refurbished 6,861 sq ft industrial unit was let on a ten-year full repairing lease at an annual rent equating to approximately £17.00 per sq ft. A three-month rent-free period was granted.

David Bowen of Curchod & Co commented: “The swift letting of 2A demonstrates the continuing demand for high-quality, refurbished industrial space in well-managed estates across Surrey. Cable Services is an excellent addition to Henley Business Park.”

The unit benefits from six-metre eaves, LED lighting, comfort cooling, a full-height electric loading door, and twelve parking spaces. It forms part of a gated estate comprising 24 units, with excellent access to the A31, A3, A331 and M3.

Henley Business Park offers strong regional connectivity with road links to Guildford, Woking, Farnborough and the wider Blackwater Valley area.

Unit 1A Henley Park, another fully refurbished unit extending to 11,862 sq ft, is also available on the estate through Curchod & Co and Knight Frank.

Cable Services Ltd was unrepresented in the transaction.
