CIFCO Capital, advised by Curchod & Co and JLL, has let Units 19/20 Basingstoke Business Centre, Winchester Road, Basingstoke to ‘Top Notch Interiors’, who are relocating after 18 years.
The 2,440 sq ft property, which underwent a full refurbishment, has been let by the long-established local flooring company on a ten-year lease.
The Industrial premises are prominently located with strong appeal to trade counter and showroom businesses, noting its prominence facing Winchester Road, and neighbouring the St Michael’s Retail Park.
