Curchod & Co has advised a private client on the letting of part of the first floor of One Fleet at Ancells Business Park, in Fleet, Hampshire, to Makaton, the UK’s leading language programme for individuals with learning or communication difficulties.
The office suite, totalling 2267 sq ft, features an open-plan layout with a few separate meeting rooms and includes twelve parking spaces. It has been taken on a new five-year lease.
