Crondall Place at Coxbridge Business Park, Farnham acquired by owner-occupier business.

Red Lion Holdings, advised by Curchod & Co, has successfully sold Units B & C, Crondall Place at Coxbridge Business Park, Farnham to an owner-occupier for £925,000.

The property, part of a thriving business park located off the A31, is a distinguished industrial/warehouse site encompassing a total of 6,127 sq ft. This includes ground-floor storage and workshop areas, complemented by high-quality office space on the first floor.

Commenting on the sale, Alex Blown of Curchod & Co said: “The sale of Crondall Place to an owner-occupier after a competitive bidding process shows that demand is still strong for high-quality industrial buildings, particularly from owner-occupiers.”

The sale price reflects the high specification of the facility, which features two electrically operated loading doors, air-conditioned offices, a variety of meeting rooms, and private offices. Nine parking spaces make the property easily accessible from the A31 and the national road network.
