GMS Estates, represented by Curchod & Co, has let Unit E, Grovebell Industrial Estate, Wrecclesham in Farnham, Surrey to East Street Cycles, the bicycle retailer.
The 2,724 sq ft industrial showroom property has been taken by the established Farnham business on a new five-year lease at an annual rent of £13.40 per sq ft.
Alex Blown of Curchod & Co said, “East Street Cycles is a well-known and established local business, that is benefiting from changes to the Use Class Order permitting them to operate at this location and join other retail and trade counter businesses on site.”
East Street Cycles was unrepresented in the transaction.
