East Hampshire District Council, advised by joint agents Curchod & Co and Holloway Iliffee & Mitchell, has let 4,068 sq.ft. of industrial space at Ordnance Business Park in Liphook, Hampshire to Zen Broadcast Limited.
Units 1-3 have been taken by the one stop audio and visual solution provider on a ten-year lease on a stepped rent over the first five years.
Zen Broadcast Limited was not represented in the transaction.
