Warehouse letting sees Brook Trading Estate in Aldershot, Hampshire fully let

A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co and Clare & Co, has let Unit 3 at the Brook Trading Estate, in Aldershot, Hampshire.

Unit 3, a 9,318 sq ft unit on Deadbrook Lane, features 21 car parking spaces and has been secured on a ten-year lease at a rent of £128,200 per annum, equating to £13.76 per sq ft. The lease terms include a rent review and a tenant-only break option at year five. The unit will be utilised for storage purposes.
