Warehouse letting at the Steventon Estate, Basingstoke, Hampshire
A private landlord, advised by Curchod & Co, has let Unit 1 on the Steventon Estate, Basingstoke in Hampshire to Science Projects.
The 7,896 sq ft warehouse property, which has recently been converted from a former agricultural building, has been taken on a new ten-year lease.
Tom Clancy of Curchod & Co said: “It has been great to be involved with the repurposing of these former agricultural buildings. There is one unit remaining totalling 6,566 sq ft, and we hope to be announcing a further transaction soon.”
