Valori House in Alton sold for £1.32 million

Disaster Care, advised by Curchod & Co LLP has sold Valori House, located on Omega Park, in Alton, Hampshire, to Hellenic Grocery for £1.32 million.

The retailer and wholesaler of Greek and Cypriot food products has purchased the property for its occupation, and the hybrid unit, totalling 11,000 square feet, which provides a mix of industrial and office space, will now serve as the headquarters for Hellenic Grocery’s UK expansion.

Boasting 30 on-site parking spaces, Valori House occupies a prominent corner plot at the entrance to Alton’s principal business park, with good access to Alton’s town centre, mainline railway station, and the A31.

Commenting on the sale, Matthew Munday, Surveyor at Curchod & Co, said: “The sale of this prestigious mixed-use industrial/office site provides Hellenic Grocery with an excellent location for their business expansion plans. It also demonstrates the strong demand for freehold industrial and office accommodation in the area.”

DisasterCare, expressed their satisfaction at the sale and thanked Curchod & Co for the team’s professionalism and market knowledge throughout the process.
