Unit 12 Enterprise Court, Rankine Road, Basingstoke taken by Cromwell Tools

A private investor, advised by Curchod &  Co, has successfully secured Cromwell Tools as the new tenant at Unit 12 Enterprise Court, Rankine Road, Basingstoke.

The 1,994 sq ft modern industrial property, has been taken on a new lease at an annual rent of £25,000, equating to £12.50 per sq ft. The property underwent a full refurbishment, attracted significant interest from potential occupiers.
