Ian is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer. He commenced in practice in 1978 qualifying in 1980 with Knight & Co, London shop Property Trust and Beaumont Property Trust and their subsidiaries dealing with investment, acquisition and valuation. He joined Curchod & Co in 1981 and became an equity partner in 1987.
Ian has extensive involvement in commercial property dealing with sales and acquisitions, valuation, lease renewal and rent reviews and advice on development and investment opportunities focused primarily in Surrey and the Home Counties.
