STIHL GB, advised by Curchod & Co and JLL, has sold the freehold of the 79,053 sq ft distribution and headquarters building in Stanhope Road, Camberley, to Marchmont Investment Management.
Nick Burroughs, Finance Director of STIHL GB, said, “Our recent move to a new purpose-built 170,000 sq ft HQ facility has been driven by long-term and ongoing growth of the business in the UK, meaning the Stanhope Road property was no longer required.”
David Bowen of Curchod & Co commented, “This transaction marks a significant step for STIHL GB as they expand their operations into a new state-of-the-art headquarters. The sale of the Camberley site demonstrates the strong demand for quality industrial and office facilities in the area.
“The successful sale of this prime asset highlights the resilience and attractiveness of the commercial property market in Camberley and the wider M3 corridor,” he added.

The property, which previously served as STIHL GB’s headquarters and distribution centre, is located in a well-connected area of Camberley, benefiting from excellent access to Junction 4 of the M3 Motorway.
