Stake Works Industrial Estate in Farnborough sold for £1.275m

The Wilky Group, advised by Curchod & Co, has sold Stake Works, a multi-let industrial and warehouse investment property of eight self-contained units on the Invincible Road Industrial Estate, Farnborough, to Armishaws Removals, one of the estate’s occupiers, for £1.275 million.

Totalling 12,125 square feet on a site area of 2.02 acres the investment currently produces an annual income of £141,264 with a strong letting track record and minimal void periods. The property also holds potential for redevelopment.

Alex Blown from Curchod & Co commented, “This sale underscores the strong demand for industrial investment opportunities with potential for future value enhancement. Stake Works’ strategic location in Farnborough’s primary industrial and trade centre, along with its robust letting performance, made it a highly attractive opportunity for the buyer.”

The property benefits from good access to Junction 4 of the M3 motorway The A3 and A31 arterial roads.
