Signs Direct takes industrial property in Alton

London & Cambridge Properties, advised by Curchod & Co and Hollis Hockley, has let a 16,420 sq ft industrial property at 25 Mill Lane Industrial Estate, Caker Stream Road in Alton,
to Signs Direct (UK) Limited.

The refurbished building and yard area has been taken on a 15-year lease at an annual rent of £123,971 (£7.55 per sq ft).

Nick Reeve of Curchod & Co in Farnham said: “Signs Direct provides house builders and developers with a nationwide sign manufacturing and installation service. With great accessibility to A31 and extensive car and lorry parking on site, the property was ideal for the business’ expansion plans.”
