Seamless Interiors agrees Kingsland Business Park expansion

SEGRO has secured a letting to Seamless Interiors which will see the firm expand its presence at Kingsland Business Park in Basingstoke.

The events installation company first moved to the park in January. It has now taken a 10 year lease on a 4,566 sq ft unit, taking its total floor space to 12,916 sq ft.

Paul Lewis, regional director at SEGRO, said: “Seamless Interiors is a young, enthusiastic company and it is a real pleasure to work with them.

“Having already relocated part of their business to Kingsland Business Park, it has been excellent to support them in their expansion on the estate and assist them with their growth plans”.
