A property company, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 1,013 sq ft retail property located at 3 Thurlestone Parade, High Street, Shepperton in Surrey.

The town centre shop has been taken on a new 15-year lease.

Chartered Surveyor, Thomas Nurton of Curchod & Co, said: “The current lack of availability levels of high street shops in Shepperton is leading to strong demand from retailers operators who are keen to be located in this area.”
