Retail letting at the Lion & Lamb Yard, Farnham.

A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co and DMA, has let Unit 5A at the award-winning Lion & Lamb Yard in Farnham, Surrey to Lola Jones, the women’s fashion retailer.

The shop, which benefits from two parking spaces, totals 1,229 sq ft has been taken by the well-established boutique, on a new five-year lease at an annual rent of £55,000.

Matthew Munday, at Curchod & Co LLP, said, “This is the third letting at Lion & Lamb Yard in the past few weeks, underscoring a robust demand for retail space in Farnham. The property is perfectly suited to Lola Jones, which was established in Weybridge in 2011, and will allow the retailer to expand its operations and the letting complements the existing mix of occupants at Lion & Lamb Yard.”
