Prime shop property let in central Farnham

FBN Properties LLP, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a retail property at 6-8 South Street in Farnham, Surrey to Tates & Family Limited.

The 740 sq ft shop has been taken on a ten-year lease at an annual rent of £30,000 and will be both a tailors and a key cutting service.

Matthew Seary of Curchod & Co in Farnham said: “The property occupies a prime position and is well positioned to take advantage of the increased footfall that will be generated by the ongoing redevelopment of nearby Brightwells Yard and The Woolmead, which will see a transformation of the town’s retail offer.”
