A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co, has sold Vale House, a 3,513 sq ft office property on Wharf Road, Ash, Surrey, to Pippa’s House Nursery.

The self-contained, two-storey property, located in the town centre, includes private parking to the rear, making it an ideal site for conversion to nursery use.
