Oliver Bonas acquires Farnham shop property

Acting for a private landlord, Curchod & Co, has let a prime retail property, of 2,381 sq ft, in central Farnham to Oliver Bonas Limited.

The fashion, jewellery, homeware and gift retailer has taken 2/3 West Street, on a new ten-year lease at an undisclosed rent.

Matthew Seary of Curchod & Co said: “As an independent British lifestyle store, with its exclusive fashion and homeware designs, Oliver Bonas’ arrival in Farnham will boost the town’s retail offer and will further enhance the retailing mix.”

Oliver Bonas Limited was represented in the transaction by Colliers International.
