Office letting at Meridian Office Park in Hook, Hampshire

Katana Property, advised by Curchod & Co and BDT, has let a 2,000 sq ft office property at Meridian Office Park in Hook, Hampshire to The OT Practice.

The OT Practice, an independent occupational therapy company, has taken Unit 2 Meridian Office Park, a self-contained two-storey, business park office on a new five-year lease at an annual rent of £28,500 (£14.25 per sq ft).

The OT Practice was not represented in the transaction.
